Join Aron on this journey to learn more about yourself with the combination of Yoga + Nutrition + Meditation. We have all faced different experiences in wildly different places and shared these moments with very unique people. Every moment has shaped us on a physical, emotional, and environmental level. The amazing part of becoming mindful and evolving as human beings is that we are able to choose what lessons we want to take forward and challenge the conditioning/memories that do not fit in our life path. Crafting together the connection between our amazing bodies that constantly work hard to carry us through life and connecting that with our beautiful minds that nurture the body we walk forward within. Let’s find conscience stillness through our yoga practice. Creating peaceful energy and space to hold and heal our wounds so we are able to gain inner strength that leads to Self-Care and ultimately Self-Love.
Session 1 // April 29 // This first session will begin with an asana practice followed by an hour long workshop designed to help you identify and develop what you value and need as part of your day to day life. Creating simple healthy habits around your nutrition and finding active fun ways to stay fit. Join us at Yoga Landing for this Self-Care workshop and you will leave with a plan and commitment to maintain your Self-Care practice in order to enhance your health.
Session 2 // May 27 // Join us for part two of our Self-Care journey as we learn the art of relaxation and how to cleanse old emotions from your physical body. We will begin with a restorative yoga class followed by a brief reflection on how we practice Self-Care in our daily lives and learn relaxation techniques to add to your growing Self-Care plan. Please bring something to write with to this session.
Session 3 // June 24 // Learning to let go. We will discuss how to stop allowing unnecessary clutter in our lives and our minds distract us from our true passions, pursuits, and our utilmate path. We will set goals and finds fun ways to let go of “stuff” and create a plan that works for each participant. We will close the session with an asana practice and guided meditation. **Recommended reading for the 3rd session is The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing by Marie Kondo**
