Positive, powerful change needs to start from the ground up…or, in many cases, from the yoga mat up. That’s why Manuka and Susan G. Komen are partnering to host Project:OM, the world’s largest yoga class of One Million bodies strong. This Mother’s Day weekend join our fight to help save lives.

Alexis Murphy will lead this donation-based Gentle Flow class which is open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice will focus on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this class will allow you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

DATE :: Saturday, May 13 @ 2-3pm

PRICING :: This one-hour class is donation-based with all proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen.
