Escape & Rejuvenate
IN COSTA RICA
Our Spring Retreat is Sold Out
So often we unroll our mats in the midst of a busy day surrounded by a buzzing culture, work, and responsibilities. It's about time we come to our practice uninterrupted. Join us in Spring of 2020 on the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica to do just that.
Take time to unravel and unwind amidst this rainforest lodge that stretches from the shores of Pan Dulce beach to a virgin jungle backdrop. Between practices enjoy an all organic 3-course meal or a walk to the private beach through mango and cacao trees. This is the trip of a lifetime and we can't wait to take it with you.
On top of everything, we've made this more convenient by scheduling it during school Spring breaks. This retreat will be a 300HR immersion but will also be family friendly with options for non-yoga participants.
The Retreat Leaders
Jessica Jollie has been practicing and teaching Yoga for more than 20 years and is an E-RYT 500. She is the owner of Yoga Landing Downtown and on Signal Mountain. In addition she is the loving director of Yoga Landing’s 200 and 300 hour Teacher Trainings Certified through Yoga Alliance. Jessica is one of five Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist’s in Tennessee and additionally holds a Masters degree in Counseling from Appalachian State University. Her most influential teachers have been Pattabhi Jois, MaryKay West, and her family. When she is not practicing, meditating, or studying yoga she is trying to live yoga in nature, in her kitchen, or through playing music. Jessica is so grateful for community, students that inevitably become friends, and the never ending journey of discoveries on this path we call Yoga.
Simon Park has been studying, practicing, and teaching Yoga for a little under 30 years. Not only has he studied under some of the most influential teachers of our time (Maty Ezraty, Shiva Rae, Joan White, Dharma Mitra, and Richard Freeman), he has become one himself. In 2007, Yoga Journal deemed him, "one of the most influential and gifted Yoga teachers of the next generation.” His free-style Vinyasa is fluid, intuitive, and encourages freedom through self expression. His style of Yoga is called 'Liquid Flow' and allows students to find creative expression, strength, and intuition as they practice.
