Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness that uses kriyas (a specific sequence of physical actions that work toward a particular outcome) to initiate a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the body, mind, and spirit. Each kriya has a different set of postures and sequences that include, breath, sound, movement, and meditation that impact and work on all levels of your being at once.
