Jan-Sept 2026 - 200-hour Yoga Training
About our program
No matter what intention brings you to this Yoga Training, the experience will enrich your journey and bring you closer to your life’s passions and purposes! Yoga Landing's Foundations Yoga Training Program fosters an insightful awareness of the body, mind, and spirit connection through the ancient science and art of Yoga.
Throughout this program, we will explore the many postural lineages of Yoga including Ashtanga Vinyasa, modern Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and yoga for special populations including Pre & Postnatal Yoga. Additionally, we will learn Pranayama (yogic breath practices) and Meditation techniques that will serve you through your life of practice. These modalities will be offered with accessibility for all levels of practitioners by our highly-skilled and huge-hearted teaching faculty.
In addition to a strong foundation of the physical yoga practices, we will learn about the rich History and Philosophy of Yoga, diving into two of the major yogic texts--the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita. You will also learn the fundamentals of the lifestyle of a yogi through the lens of Ayurveda. We will explore how we relate and honor the roots of this ancient practice and apply it to our current context for the purposes of self-development and service to the world we share.
Should you take the path of teaching, this program will equip you with a broad range of teaching tools to support your future students’ needs. Those who choose the Teaching Track will receive a 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification and can register with the Yoga Alliance.
Your Teachers
Each member of our Foundations Teaching Staff was asked to share what they are most qualified and most excited to share with our Foundations Yoga Training students. Each honors and embodies the practice and teachings of yoga in their own unique way.
