FOUNDATIONS
Yoga Training + 200-hour Teacher Training
About our program
No matter what intention brings you to this Yoga Training, the experience will enrich your journey and bring you closer to your life’s passions and purposes! Yoga Landing's Foundations Yoga Training Program fosters an insightful awareness of the body, mind, and spirit connection through the ancient science and art of Yoga.

Throughout this program, we will explore the postural styles of Vinyasa, Power, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal Yoga, and symptom specific yoga. Additionally, we will learn Pranayama (yogic breath practices) and Meditation techniques that will serve you through your life of practice. These modalities will be offered with accessibility for all levels of practitioners by our highly-skilled and huge-hearted teaching faculty.

In addition to a strong foundation of the physical yoga practices, we will learn about the rich History and Philosophy of Yoga, diving into two of the major yogic texts--the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita.
Should you take the path of teaching, this program will equip you with a broad range of teaching tools to support your future students’ needs. Those who choose the Teaching Track will receive a 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification and can register with the Yoga Alliance.
