About the Program

Kundalini Yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, is a powerful tool to enhance personal freedom, self discovery, and soulful living. Delta Groove Yoga is the place in space to initiate yourself and unlock your inner talents.  We will teach you how to Tune-In, Tune-Up, and Transform to develop Self-Mastery.

All Yoga aims at developing Self-Mastery through the union of self to Self or finite to Infinite. Yoga philosophy tells us that there are 5 layers/sheaths of the Self, known as the Koshas. Only the densest is made of matter as we know it - the Physical Body. The other four are energy states invisible to the physical eye, though we can easily sense their presence inside us when we pay close attention - Energy, Emotions, Ego/Intellect, & Soul. Using Kriyas (the science of sequence), meditations, pranayama (breathwork), mantras, bandhas (energetic body locks), and mudras, Kundalini Yoga provides a systematic approach to generate, capture, and direct energy from within to empower ourselves, and in the process, empowering the world as a whole.

Delta Groove Yoga School is a 200 and 300 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. This training includes a well-rounded education in the history, philosophy, science, and practice of all Yoga as well as of the specific lineage of Kundalini Yoga. This program is for yoga students to earn their 200-hour RYT and for current 200 Hour RYTs who want to earn their Advanced 300-hour RYT. In this immersive experience, you will deepen your yogic toolkit, strengthen your daily Sadhana (committed personal practice) and take these sacred teachings out into the world as a teacher, healer, and radiant being. Through honest participation, you'll cultivate personal greatness and meet other great yogis who share a vision to heal, uplift, and inspire each other and the world.

Delta Groove Style of Kundalini Yoga

Delta Groove Yoga has a signature SOULful GROOVE which is always accompanied by music and fun. They have a unique rhythm and structure for the Kundalini kriyas, and incorporate the growing knowledge of modern neuroscience and philosophy into all of their teaching. It's how they Groove!

 

Thus training is built to take you through all the physical body systems (circulatory, lymphatic, endocrine, limbic, etc…) and the subtle bodies. Then, by the end, we focus on how you will take this work out into the world - the Evolution of Yoga and Embodying Your Truth! ​

Olivia Rokotnitz, E-RYT 500

Olivia Rokotnitz is a dear friend of Yoga Landing who created the Delta Groove Yoga School; we're teaming up with Olivia for this incredible Kundalini Yoga Training. The Delta Groove approach is finely tuned for dynamic transformation across the human experience: mind, body, spirit, and heart. With passion, levity, and depth, your teacher will translate ancient practices into meaningful modern guidance that leaves you feeling uplifted and inspired to embody your most authentic Self.

August 7-9 |  Module 8:  Advanced Immersion

*300-hour students graduate! 

Interested in dropping in for one module? Absolutely! Each of Modules 1-6 can stand alone and count for CE hours for Registered teachers + hours count towards your certification if you're part of our 300-hour Refinements Yoga Training already.

Weekend Schedules:

  • Friday 5-9pm

  • Saturday 10-6pm (1-hour lunch break)

  • Sunday: 6am-4pm (Group Potluck 8-9am, lunch 12-1pm)

+ 200-hour & 300-hour Students attend a monthly 1-hour virtual check-in between modules

+ 300-hour Students  attend a weekly 2-hour virtual workshop Wednesdays from 6-8pm

Investment

Tuition:
  • $400 for a single weekend immersion

  • $3300 for the full 200-hour 7-module Delta Groove Kundalini Yoga Training at Yoga Landing January through July, 2026 (*includes a printed manual!)

  • $3800 for the full 300-hour 8-module Delta Groove Kundalini Yoga Training at Yoga Landing January through August, 2026. (*includes a printed manual!)

 

Tuition for the full program includes:

  • a 500 page manual plus workbook

  • a free virtual class membership for all of Olivia's livestream Delta Groove Kundalini Yoga Classes

  • Special offer of $99/month *Alumni* Unlimited Monthly Membership at Yoga Landing

*Early Birds save $300 when you apply and pay in full by December 26, 2025. 


Payment Plan:

All students must complete the application and submit a $555 program deposit to be enrolled.

 

Tuition balance can be paid in monthly payments to be paid in full by no later than April 17, 2026.

 

*Early bird discount is not available for those paying monthly.

 

Financial Assistance:

There are Energy Exchange opportunities available for you to help at Yoga Landing to offset your tuition balance at the rate of $15/hour. Learn about our Seva program here.

*All students, including Seva & Scholarship students are required to submit a $555 deposit to be enrolled

Requirements for 200-hr RYT

200-Hour: In addition to the 7 weekend modules:

  • Monthly 1-hour virtual check-ins between modules

  • 12 Classes of Kundalini Yoga (in person or livestream)**

  • Complete on your own and document three Sadhanas (personal practices).​

  • Turn in one class plan following each module (6 classes total).

  • Practice-teach 3 classes to your peers and mentor.

  • Teach a practice class to your peers with the Lead Teachers present (during Module 7)

  • Open book final exam.
